| Bemerkungen: Sediment sequence: 0-10 cm: blackish grey, slightly sandy clay with cm-size flintstones, especially at the base; 10-22 cm: grey, fine to coarse grained-gritty rest sediment with shell fragments, and irregular lower boundary; 22-39 cm: light greyish brown to grey, medium to coarse grained sand with pebbles, and some thin fine grained sand intercalations; 39-59 cm: grey to dark greyish brown pebbles in a coarse sand matrix, with coarse grained sand layers in the upper part; 59-88 cm: greyish brown, medium to coarse grained sand with isolated pebbles and pebble layers, more medium grained sand in the lower part; 88-134 cm: brownish grey, fine grained sand with dark greyish brown silt at 96-97 cm; abundant pebbles and rock fragments in a grey fine grained sand matrix at 103-106 cm, frequent layers with coarse grains and small pebbles between 114-120 cm, reddish brown, medium to coarse grained layer at 120.5 cm; below 120.5 cm with frequent medium to coarse grained sand layers, 134-160 cm: brownish grey, fine grained sand with small shell fragments, medium grained around 145 cm, increased coarse grains to base; 160-171 cm: brownish grey, medium grained sand with shell fragments; 171-172 cm: greyish brown, coarse grained sand with shell fragments; 172-182 cm: greyish brown, fine grained sand, with intercalations of 0.5-1 cm coarse grained gritty sand; 182-195 cm: brown, fine grained sand with some shell fragments, and coarse-gritty sand layer with small pebbles at 192 cm; 195-244 cm: brown, fine grained sand with scattered shell fragments and small pebbles (core section not fully recovered); 244-256 cm: grey, fine grained sand. |
