| Bemerkungen: 0-197 cm: greenish grey, soft mud with thin sand layers and pockets between 10-30 cm and 165-180 cm, Arctica islandica from 0-5 cm, shell broken but with both valves, small A. islandicas at 54-57 cm. Small shells (species not noted) between 174-176 cm. |

The uppermost 30 cm of the core was intensively bioturbated through worm, mollusk and crustacea (crab) activities with overprinting of earlier traces. Larger structureless traces > 2 cm were probably caused by crustacea. Typical concentric structures left by mollusks were also observed. Worm burrows were rarely preserved below 30 cm. Sediment layering not discernable. |

Seldom bioturbated from 115-190 cm with a few worm burrows and mollusk traces. Crab burrows and dwelling chamber at 173-182 cm depth. Sediment laminations were better preserved below 150 cm. Littorina littorina shell present at 171 cm. |
