| Bemerkungen: 0-36 cm: grey, fine grained sand with pebbles/small cobbles (cm size), shell fragments and wood pieces; 36-70 cm: medium to coarse grained sand with gastropod fragments, and rich plant remains at 56 cm; 70-78 cm: alternations of fine grained sand with coarse grained organic rich detritus layers, and scattered pebbles; 78-142 cm (Late Atlantic Age PZ VIIIb): fine grained sand with thin (<1cm-thick), darker, carbonaceous layers especially at 80/85 cm, 114/118 cm and 139/142 cm; 142-157 cm (Early Atlantic Age PZ VIIIa): dark grey clay with light brown plant remains and small shell fragments; 157-163 cm: alternations of dark grey clays and blackish brown peats; 163-182 cm: dark brown peat with a nutshell at the base; 182-218 cm (Upper Boreal PZ VIIb): grey, very coarse grained sand with scattered granules and shell fragments (gastropods), thin layer rich in plant remains at 194 cm and a 2 cm thick peat layer at 213-215 cm; 218-264 cm: fine grained sand and grey lake marls with molluscs (Valvata piscinalis piscinalis, V. cristata, Bithynia tentaculata, and Sphaerium corneum, together with recent foraminifera; 264-283 cm (Lower Boreal PZ VIIa): lake marls as above, silty at 266-277 cm. |

Small mussels in living position down to 7 cm with siphons to core surface, deep burrow of Pectinaria koreni from 14-42 cm with layering parallel to walls (?grazing), bent at top, and a few hollow and filled worm tubes, especially between 55-90 cm. |
